It didn’t take you a week to put on all that weight, so naturally you won’t lose it in a week. Results take time, dedication, and discipline to achieve. And your body typically won’t change drastically enough for you to see results after the first week or two of working out. But don’t get discouraged! Even though you may not see it on the outside, your body is changing on the inside with every effort you put in! So don’t give up. After the first month or two you should be able to see visible changes to your body, and more importantly your health and fitness.

LOL does anyone else see something wrong with this picture? Ya know… like rolling your shorts up so much that you have to literally LODGE the fabric up your buttcrack. Talk about a major wedgie! That cannot be comfortable…or attractive in the least bit. Just sayin’
So I don’t want the shorts being eaten by my ass, but I would love having a short-eating ass that looked like that!

I agree with, “It’s about making time”, 100%! You’re never going to magically find time. You need to prioritize your life in such a way that you find time to get a workout in, even if it’s only 20min. When you really want something, you’ll always find a way to make it happen. If not, then you don’t want it bad enough.

Basically every single day that I weighed higher than I did once 2012 rolled around. Never going back to that weight, ever!
1/16/2012. Never again will I be this weight.
